Job Description
We’re looking for extroverted, energetic customer support associates who can handle queries effectively and maintain a positive brand image. This role requires multitasking skills—typing documentation, navigating systems, and talking to customers simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for B2B customers via chat and email.

Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses within SLAs.

Own each interaction—proactively solve problems and keep customers happy.

Handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.

Maintain detailed and accurate records in company systems.

Meet KPIs: quality, productivity, attendance, and first-contact resolution.
