Eligibility Criteria

✅ Completed full-time education (10th, 12th/Diploma) with 60% or 6.75 CGPA in each program.
✅ Graduation aggregate: 60% or 6.75 CGPA (latest available marks).
✅ No active backlogs at application time.
✅ One backlog allowed during online assessment (must be cleared with the 6th semester).
✅ Core Mathematics in Graduation is mandatory (Business/Applied Maths not accepted).
✅ Maximum 3 years gap in education (10th to Graduation start).
✅ Graduation must be completed within 3 years from start date.
✅ Open school/distance allowed for 10th & 12th only.
✅ Age: Minimum 18 years at joining.
✅ Indian citizen / PIO / OCI cardholders. (Bhutan & Nepal nationals must submit citizenship certificate).
✅ 3 months cool-off period before reapplying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.

  • Assign project responsibilities and monitor performance.

  • Interact with clients to understand and represent their requirements.

  • Perform quality control on budgets, schedules, and plans.

  • Cooperate with project managers and senior engineers for efficiency.

  • Develop specifications for project equipment.

  • Create frameworks to measure project metrics.

  • Establish and monitor field test quality methods.

Required Skills

  • Strong computer literacy & design/visualization software knowledge.

  • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects.

  • Excellent project management and supervision skills.

  • Organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Knowledge of codes, policies, and industry best practices.
